3. Donation & Refund Policy (International Currency Compliant)
Purpose
Ensures transparency and proper handling of charitable contributions.
Donations
All donations support our mission and are generally non-refundable.
Currencies Accepted
Donations may be made in any legally recognized currency. Funds are converted and recorded in USD using the bank or processor’s rate on receipt. Exchange fees from the donor’s bank are outside our control.
Tax Deductibility
501(c)(3) status is pending; donations may not yet be tax-deductible.
Use of Funds
Approximate allocation: 85 % programs, 10 % operations, 5 % reserve/innovation. Designated gifts are honored where feasible.
Refunds
Refunds only for duplicate charges or processing errors requested within 30 days: info@goodworldinitiative.org.
Recurring Donations
May be canceled at any time via email request.
AML / OFAC Compliance
We do not accept funds from sanctioned entities or jurisdictions.
Receipts
Issued in USD with optional note of original currency on request.

4. Nonprofit Disclosure & Tax-Exemption Notice
The Good World Initiative, Inc. is a Utah nonprofit corporation with EIN 39-4987872. IRS 501(c)(3) recognition is pending; donations may not be tax-deductible until approved.
We accept donations in any legally recognized currency via compliant processors. All funds are recorded in USD under U.S. GAAP and IRS requirements.
We comply with OFAC and AML laws and do not accept prohibited funds.
Currently we do not solicit within the United States; our fundraising is international. Future U.S. solicitation will follow state registration requirements.
