Nature of Donations

All contributions made to Good World Initiative are voluntary charitable donations. Donations are processed as one-time payments unless a recurring contribution option is specifically selected by the donor at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, donations do not represent the purchase of goods, services, or financial returns.

 

Donation Finality

Donations are generally considered final. However, we understand that billing concerns may occasionally arise.

We will review requests related to:

• Duplicate transactions

• Processing errors

• Incorrect donation amounts

• Unauthorized use of a donor’s payment method

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.

Review Process

When a request is received:

1. We confirm transaction details.

2. We review the circumstances of the concern.

3. If appropriate, we issue a refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed promptly. Timing for funds to appear may depend on the donor’s financial institution.

 

Recurring Donations (If Applicable)

If you have selected a recurring donation, you may cancel future contributions at any time by contacting us directly or using the cancellation option provided in your confirmation email.

Recurring donations already processed prior to cancellation are subject to the review standards outlined above.

 

Receipts

A donation receipt is automatically issued to the email address provided at the time of contribution. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us and we will gladly resend it.
